This treatment is best when administered 2 to 6 hours post workout. Massage can decrease delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), reduce inflammation, boost muscle recovery and healing, flush out lactic acid, relieve muscle tightness, increase range of motion, increase blood flow and oxygen to the muscles.
Cancelation and changes are accepted up to 24 hours before service time without incurring a charge. Without notification the first occurrence includes a 50% of service fee, there after is 100% of the scheduled service fee.
